What shops usually ask.
What is a digital loyalty card?
It is the familiar stamp card (e.g. “buy 10 coffees, get the 11th free”), but on the customer’s phone instead of paper. Customers don’t lose it and you see who comes back.
Do customers need to download an app?
No. They scan a QR code with the phone camera. On Android the card is saved to Google Wallet, on iPhone to the home screen.
Does it work on iPhone?
Yes. On iPhone the card is saved to the home screen with the shop’s logo and can receive offer notifications (iOS 16.4 and later).
What do I need in the shop?
Just a phone or tablet with a camera at the till and the QR poster. No special hardware or POS integration.
Can I send offers to my customers?
Yes. Write the offer in your dashboard and it reaches opted-in customers as a notification, up to twice a week.
Is it GDPR compliant?
Yes. We only ask for a first name and mobile number, offers are sent only with consent, and data is hosted on servers in the EU.
